Evelyne Ruland is a multilingual lawyer in Belgium specialised in commercial and corporate law.
Ms Evelyne Ruland is a specialist in commercial and corporate law. Her extensive experience in cross-border legal issues has led to her assuming a leadership role in the law department of our International Desk. She advises our clients on debt collection in Belgium, international commercial contracts and Belgian litigation. She also regularly assists foreign companies in setting up or acquiring a company in Belgium. In addition to her professional expertise, Ms Ruland is also a keen horsewoman, specialising in international equine law.
In 2017, she obtained her Master of Laws at the University of Ghent. In 2021, Ms Ruland also obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the KU Leuven.
Since 2022, Ms Ruland has been a research assistant at Maastricht University and teaches European contract law at the University of Hasselt.
Ms Ruland was admitted to the bar in 2017 and joined the firm in 2022. Ms Ruland advises our clients in English, French, Dutch and German
